The My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) Scholarship Program

The My Career Advancement Account MyCAA) Scholarship Program is a workforce development program that provides up to $4,000 of financial assistance to eligible military spouses who are pursuing a license, certification or Associate’s degree in a portable career field and occupation. 

The Texas Department of Assistive and Rehabilitative Services, or DARS, administers programs including the Vocational Rehabilitation Program that ensure Texas is a state where people with disabilities, and children who have developmental delays, enjoy the same opportunities as other Texans to live independent and productive lives.
